Objective

The Courtyard by Marriott experienced daily requests from guests for local information on everything from restaurants to child-friendly activities. The Marriott Bonvoy app serves the hotel well on the booking and loyalty front, but the on-site team needed a solution to scale personalised local advice, relieving massive pressure on the front desk each day.

Solution

The Courtyard by Marriott hotel adopted Obvlo as their 'local platform' to complement the loyalty aspects provided by the Bonvoy app. Through pre-arrival emails and on-site QR codes, the team were able to easily provide local recommendations inside and outside the hotel, drive awareness of their own F&B, and increase overall guest satisfaction.
