Terms of Service - Obvlo Referral Scheme

1. Eligibility:

Referral: A referral is a hotel contact that has not had any prior contact with Obvlo's sales team.

Time Frame: This offer ends at the end of October 2024. Referrals have to be made before the 31 October 2024.

Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are not eligible for the referral scheme.

Contract Signing: Payouts will only be issued upon the successful signing of an annual contract by the referred hotel.
2. Referral Process:

Introduction: To refer a hotel, please send an email to your Obvlo contact, copying in the hotel contact.

Obvlo Contact: Obvlo will then follow up with the referred hotel to sign them up.
3. Referral Reward:

Amount: For each eligible referral that signs an annual contract, you will receive a £500 gift voucher of your choice.

Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Obvlo's Discretion: Obvlo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a referral is eligible for a payout, even if the referral meets the above criteria. This may include cases where Obvlo has already been in contact with the referred hotel's sales team.
4. Payment:

Timeframe: Payment will be processed within 28 business days of the referred hotel signing the annual contract.

Method: The gift voucher will be provided electronically or via a physical voucher, as determined by Obvlo.
5. Additional Terms:

Obvlo Terms: This referral scheme is subject to Obvlo's general terms of use.

Changes: Obvlo reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral scheme at any time.

Governing Law: This referral scheme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

7. Dispute Resolution:

Informal Resolution: Any disputes arising under this referral scheme shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

Legal Action: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may commence legal proceedings in the Scottish courts.
